Join us for a half day workshop to make a Kokedama Ball with Mark Beverton.
A kokedama is a natural, minimalist ornamental plant display that combines sustainability with artistry, it is a unique and beautiful way to display your plants. Without a pot, the plant becomes a sculpture. Crafted using a living plant encased in a ball of soil and moss and wrapped in natural string. This eliminates the need for plastic pots, creating an organic, eco-friendly alternative that celebrates Japanese-inspired design. The plant can be suspended by simple twine or displayed on stand, the kokedama becomes a striking feature—perfect for modern interiors, garden spaces, or as a unique gift for plant lovers. Both indoor and outdoor plants can be used.
All materials and tools will be provided.
