Return and Refund Policy

Product Returns

You have the statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind and cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after the day you receive your product (“Cooling-off Period”). The Cooling-off Period does not apply to any Custom Item.

If you do want to cancel, and return, your order, please email info@makersbarn.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We will then advise you how to return your order. You remain responsible for arranging, and the cost of, the safe return of the product to us. You must return the product back to us within 14 days of the end of the Cooling-off Period.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged. You remain fully responsible for the product until it arrives safely back to us, so we recommend using a signed for and insured courier.

Returns may also be returned in person to Markers Barn in Petworth.

Returns will be processed by us within 7 days of receipt of the returned item in ‘as new’ condition, unused and undamaged.

Courses and Workshops

Courses and workshop bookings are non-refundable, unless we are able to fill your place before the event takes place.
